About Me

Daniel Lauture is a Boston native with a bachelors degree from The University of Massachusetts Amherst. He has always known the fastest path to success is entrepreneurship. Daniel has been able to use his knowledge of management, marketing and sales to help people navigate the serendipitous road to home ownership.

First introduced to real estate by his uncle who was a real estate agent, he was inspired by the home buying process and intrigued by the possibility of having a career where interpersonal relationships and his love of homes intertwined. Daniel has been building his real estate business ever since.

As an investor, he is able to use his knowledge of the market and local contacts to seek investment opportunities and help clients strategically in acquisition and disposition of property.

Daniel enjoys spending time with family including his twin daughters, sports, traveling, giving back to the community and meeting new people.

Dan heads the Lauture Real Estate Group which specializes in residential sales and rentals. We have experience in commercial real estate and property management and we use our knowledge and expertise to help guide our clients in making the best decisions to help grow their real estate portfolio and build wealth. Leveraging our network and experience as a manager of a local brokerage, our negotiations skills are second to none allowing our clients to gain access to many opportunities including fulfilling their dreams of homeownership and investment properties.
